I probably should have posted this review a couple of years ago when I bought my hot tub. I have been continually impressed with the team at Paradise Bay. I needed a tricky delivery involving a backhoe and a very high deck. Trevor got the job done! Every time I go in the people are helpful and friendly. Most recently I had an issue with my hot tub leaking. I called and spoke with Kurt. He gave me two things to try and was very helpful. The first one fixed the problem!

Fantastic knowledge and service. Trevor assisted us over several months to help us with our selection within our budget. Chris and his crew did an amazing job removing our old hot tub and setting up our new one. We love it!

Phenomenal store! Great service and selection! All staff that we dealt with at Paradise Bay were helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I recently purchased a hot tub at Paradise Bay in Calgary and the entire experience was fantastic. Our salesperson Trevor listened to what we wanted and helped us pick a great tub. The delivery team was on time and put the tub exactly where we wanted it without question and moved it twice to get it just right. Jack, the crew foreman went over all the tub details and the chemical regiment with me and made sure I was good to go. We highly recommend giving Paradise Bay the opportunity for your business.
